Preparing families for wealth, so it unites rather than divides.

STEWARDING CONNECTION, CLARITY, AND PURPOSE.

You care deeply about your family & want more than a technically sound plan.

You want connection that feels genuine. Alignment about roles, values, and expectations. A shared sense of purpose that carries across generations.

WE believe

Wealth should serve families, not divide them.

Harmony is a stronger measure of success than control.

Every voice in a family deserves respect, not management.

Ben has twenty years of experience working with financial capital, first on Wall Street and later in private wealth management. His experience showed him what actually determines whether wealth endures. It isn’t smarter structures or better investment strategies—it’s whether families can communicate, trust one another, and align around shared purpose and values. Research supports this: most wealth is lost across generations for relational reasons, not financial ones.

Today, Ben partners with families preparing for transition—before or after liquidity, succession, or inheritance—serving as a steady, confidential guide through conversations that matter. Drawing on his expertise as a Certified Relational Wealth Advisor® and Certified Whole Family Advisor®, Ben skillfully holds relational complexity without taking sides and helps clients plan their family legacy with clarity, connection, and confidence.

Ben lives in Malvern, Pennsylvania with his wife Helen and his three children.

Experience that holds weight.

What Working Together Looks Like

the first step

We begin with a private conversation to determine fit, timing, and readiness. If it’s a yes on both sides, we move into a structured intake that sets context and expectations.

We work together over a defined period, meeting twice monthly in a calm, intentional cadence. Sessions are facilitated, confidential, and focused. Progress builds from one conversation to the next.

Nothing is hidden or softened for comfort. Clarity comes from honesty, even when conversations are difficult or unfamiliar.

Truthfulness

This work requires mutual respect—between family members and within the working relationship itself. Kindness and patience are expected in every interaction.

Respect

I do not take sides, even when one person holds more power or influence. Every voice is honored, and understanding is always valued over agreement.

Neutrality

Privacy is not a feature of this work—it is the foundation. Families deserve a protected space where their experiences and processing will remain confidential and treated with care.

Confidentiality

Our Values

Private, founder-led, and intentionally limited. All inquiries are handled with complete confidentiality.
